Natco Pharma promoter group member reduces stake

Satya Vani Nannapaneni, a member of the promoter group of Natco Pharma Limited, sold 17,149 equity shares in the open market between September 8 and September 10, 2025. This disposal represents 0.01% of the total share/voting capital of Natco Pharma.

Before the sale, Nannapaneni held 420,000 shares, equivalent to 0.23% of the company's total share capital. Following this transaction, her holding stands at 402,851 shares, reducing her stake to 0.22% of the total share/voting capital. The shares were sold for a total value of INR 1,45,19,670.43.

The disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI regulations. The total diluted share/voting capital of Natco Pharma Limited remains 179,109,870 equity shares of Rs.2/- each after the transaction.
