MIC electronics secures two new orders from Indian railways

MIC Electronics Limited has secured orders aggregating to INR 1,76,20,864.50 from Indian Railways. The first Letter of Acceptance, valued at INR 1,19,73,573.30, is from the Sambalpur Division for the shifting of existing Coach Indication Board Systems and Auto Announcement Systems at multiple Amrit Bharat stations. This order is expected to be executed within six months.

The second Letter of Acceptance, totaling INR 56,47,291.20, was received from Integral Coach Factory, Chennai Northern Railway, for LED Emergency Lights (RDSO/SPEC/0180/TY-2). This project has an execution timeline of nine months.

Both orders are domestic, direct orders, participated through tenders. The company confirmed that none of its promoters or promoter group companies have an interest in the entities awarding these orders, and the transactions do not fall under related party transactions.
