Maharashtra Scooters declares interim dividend, appoints new secretary

Maharashtra Scooters Limited's board of directors, at its meeting on September 15, 2025, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 160 (1600%) per equity share of face value Rs. 10 for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The record date for determining eligible members is Monday, September 22, 2025, with the dividend expected to be credited or dispatched around Monday, October 13, 2025.

In a related development, the board also announced the appointment of Saurabh Erande (ACS No: 25908) as the company secretary, effective October 1, 2025. This appointment follows the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee.

Erande brings over 16 years of corporate experience, specializing in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and process improvement, including pre-due diligence and post-M&A integration.
