LIC nominee director A.K. Anand to step down from ACC board

ACC Limited has announced that A.K. Anand, the nominee director of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), will conclude his tenure on the company's board of directors. The cessation will be effective from the close of business hours on September 15, 2025, following a letter from LIC dated August 28, 2025, confirming the completion of his term.

This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Anand expressed his gratitude to the chairman, board members, and management for their support and cooperation during his time on the board and extended his best wishes for the company's future success.

Anand's resignation letter, dated August 29, 2025, confirms his tenure as nominee director of LIC on ACC Limited's board will conclude on the specified date.
