Lemon Tree Hotels expands Bihar presence with new Gaya property

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a license agreement for a new hotel, Lemon Tree Hotel, Gaya, Bihar. The property will be managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited. This new hotel will feature 56 rooms, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a spa, and restaurants. It is strategically located approximately 14 km from Bodhgaya Airport and 6 km from Gaya Railway Station.

This expansion strengthens Lemon Tree Hotels' footprint in Bihar, where it already operates one hotel and has another upcoming property. The company's executive vice president - finance & chief financial officer, Kapil Sharma, noted that this signing aligns with their strategy to expand their brand across India and enhance offerings for guests.
