Kinex India reduces stake in Bartronics India

Kinex India Private Limited (formerly Antanium India Private Limited), a promoter of Bartronics India Limited, announced the sale of 2,664,170 equity shares. This transaction, executed via an off-market share swap, represents 0.87% of Bartronics India's share capital and occurred on September 12, 2025.

Prior to the transaction, Kinex India held 21,39,39,939 shares, equating to 70.24% of Bartronics India's total share and voting capital. Following this disposal, Kinex India's holding in Bartronics India has decreased to 21,12,75,769 equity shares, now representing 69.37% of the total share and voting capital.

The equity share capital of Bartronics India Limited remains at INR 30,45,76,740, divided into 30,45,76,740 equity shares of INR 1/- each, both before and after the transaction. The disclosure was submitted by Oleti Chaitanya Siva Prasad, additional director of Kinex India Private Limited, as required by Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
