Karur Vysya Bank to attend ICICI Securities BFSI yatra conference

Karur Vysya Bank Limited (KVB) has announced its participation in a "BFSI yatra" investors conference, a physical group meeting organized by ICICI Securities. The conference is scheduled to take place on September 19, 2025, in Chennai. This intimation was made under Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

During the conference, Karur Vysya Bank intends to refer to publicly available documents for discussions. The bank has explicitly stated that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) or material information will be shared with attendees during the event.
