JSW infrastructure signs 30-year port concession for Kolkata dock

JSW Infrastructure Limited announced the signing of a 30-year concession agreement with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority. This agreement, entered into on September 15, 2025, follows an initial letter of award issued on July 7, 2025.

The agreement covers the reconstruction of Berth No. 8 and the mechanization of Berth Nos. 7 and 8 at Netaji Subhash Dock, Kolkata Dock System. This project will be executed on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer basis through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode.

JSW Kolkata Container Terminal Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure, was incorporated for the purpose of entering into this concession.
