Hindustan Cotton Company increases stake in Sarla Performance Fibers

Hindustan Cotton Company, through its partner Mrs. Sarladevi Madhusudan Jhunjhunwala, has announced the acquisition of an additional 11,000 equity shares (0.0132%) in Sarla Performance Fibers Limited. This transaction was executed through an open market purchase on September 11, 2025.

Following this acquisition, the total shareholding of the acquirer and persons acting in concert (PAC) with the acquirer, including Hindustan Cotton Company and its promoter group, has increased. Before the acquisition, their total holding of shares carrying voting rights was 4,75,12,166, representing 56.8987% of the total share/voting capital.

After the acquisition, the total holding of shares carrying voting rights stands at 4,75,23,166, amounting to 56.9119% of the total share/voting capital of Sarla Performance Fibers Limited. The equity share capital and total voting capital of the company before and after the acquisition remain at 8,35,03,000.
