Glenmark transfers consumer care business to new subsidiary

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited confirmed the execution of a business transfer agreement to transfer its consumer care business to Glenmark Consumer Care Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. This transaction was finalized on September 15, 2025, following an earlier intimation on August 14, 2025.

The company anticipates that the transaction will be fully completed on or before December 31, 2025, pending the satisfaction of customary conditions. Harish Kuber, company secretary & compliance officer, officially communicated this development.

The transfer reflects an internal strategic realignment, moving the consumer care operations under a dedicated entity within the Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited corporate structure.
