Elpro International hikes International Conveyors stake further

Elpro International Limited and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed two separate acquisitions of equity shares in International Conveyors Limited. On September 15, 2025, the company announced the acquisition of 3,582 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, with the transaction taking place on September 11, 2025. This first acquisition increased their total holding from 70.05% to 70.06%.

A subsequent announcement on the same date detailed the acquisition of an additional 5,170 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, executed on September 12, 2025. This second acquisition further raised Elpro International Limited and PACs' total holding to 44,409,009 equity shares, representing 70.07% of International Conveyors Limited's total equity share capital. Both acquisitions were conducted through the open market.
