Delhi high court dismisses petition against Eraaya Lifespaces

Eraaya Lifespaces Limited announced on September 15, 2025, that the Delhi High Court has dismissed a petition filed by Mr. Robin Raina against the company. The company highlighted that Mr. Raina’s claims of alleged financial impropriety were dismissed, with the court finding no commercial consensus for these claims.
