Shriram Properties sponsors Neerathon 2025, boosting water conservation in Chennai

Shriram Properties Limited (SPL) announced its commitment to water conservation by acting as the title sponsor for IPA Neerathon 2025 in Chennai. The initiative, held on September 14, 2025, drew thousands of participants across 10K, 5K, and 3K categories, emphasizing water conservation and environmental stewardship. This sponsorship aligns with SPL's broader efforts to promote social causes and build sustainable communities.

T.V. Ganesh, executive director - technical at Shriram Properties Ltd., highlighted that sustainability, including rainwater harvesting and water recycling, is integrated into every project. The company believes awareness from events like the Neerathon leads to action for long-term water conservation. Dr. S Virapan, chairman of the Indian Plumbing Association (IPA), acknowledged SPL's crucial role as title sponsor in amplifying the initiative's impact.
