NIIT Learning Systems allots equity shares under employee option plan

NIIT Learning Systems Limited has allotted 4,250 equity shares on September 14, 2025, under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2023-0. Each share is valued at Rs. 2. This allotment was decided by the company's share allotment committee on the same date.

The company is undertaking the necessary formalities to list these newly allotted shares. A listing application will be filed with the relevant exchanges, along with all required documents, to seek listing and trading approval shortly. This move aims to fulfill the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan.
