Yatharth Hospital to acquire Shantived Institute for ₹2.6bn

Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Limited announced on September 9, 2025, its board's approval to acquire a 100% interest in M/s. Shantived Institute of Medical Sciences for an enterprise value of ₹260 crores. The acquisition is expected to be completed within three months, with the consideration being cash.

The target hospital, a 150-bedded (expandable up to 250 beds) super-specialty hospital in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, offers comprehensive medical services across approximately 165,000 sq ft. This strategic move aims to expand Yatharth Group's presence and strengthen its positioning in the healthcare sector.

The transaction is not a related-party transaction and does not require government or regulatory approvals. The company will upload this disclosure to its website as per listing regulations.
