Vindhya Telelinks appoints new statutory and secretarial auditors

Vindhya Telelinks Limited, at its 42nd annual general meeting held on September 12, 2025, approved the appointment of new auditors for five-year terms. Shareholders passed ordinary resolutions to appoint Messrs. V. Sankar Aiyar & Co. as the statutory auditors and Messrs R.K. Mishra & Associates as the secretarial auditor.

Messrs. V. Sankar Aiyar & Co., a chartered accountants firm established in 1952 with 17 partners and over 200 staff members, will serve as statutory auditors from the conclusion of the 42nd AGM until the conclusion of the 47th AGM. The firm is recognized for its extensive experience across various sectors.

Messrs R.K. Mishra & Associates, a firm of practicing company secretaries with over 23 years of expertise in corporate law, will serve as secretarial auditor for five consecutive years, commencing from financial year 2025-26 through financial year 2029-30. The firm specializes in legal, secretarial, compliance, management advisory, due diligence, and risk management.
