Rainbow Children's Medicare schedules investor meetings in September

Rainbow Children's Medicare Limited has provided intimation of its scheduled analyst and institutional investor meetings, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company will hold two meetings in September 2025.

The first meeting is an investor meeting with Kotak Healthcare Forum, slated for September 19, 2025. This will be a one-on-one or group meeting held in Mumbai. Following this, on September 22, 2025, Rainbow Children's Medicare will participate in an investor meeting with J.P. Morgan at their 10th Annual India Conference, also taking place in Mumbai.

The company noted that the schedule for these meetings is subject to change due to exigencies, and importantly, no Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) will be shared during these engagements.
