NDTV amalgamation scheme gets regional director approval

New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV) announced on September 13, 2025, that it has received the Confirmation Order from the regional director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Delhi. This order, dated September 12, 2025, sanctions the scheme of amalgamation, a key development previously intimated on April 25, 2025, and May 22, 2025.

The amalgamation scheme, approved under Sections 233 of the Companies Act, 2013, and the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016, involves the merger of NDTV Networks Limited, NDTV Worldwide Limited, NDTV Media Limited, and NDTV Labs Limited with New Delhi Television Limited. This move streamlines the corporate structure of the NDTV group.
