ICICI Lombard allots new equity shares under employee stock schemes

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 156,359 new equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10, on September 13, 2025. This allotment was made pursuant to authority delegated by the board of directors at a meeting on July 18, 2023, and approved by a whole-time director on the same day.

The shares were issued under two distinct employee schemes. The ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 accounted for 154,422 equity shares, while the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023 contributed 1,937 equity shares to the total.
