HUDCO appoints SARC & Associates as statutory auditors for fiscal year 2025-26

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has officially appointed M/s S A R C & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditors for the financial year 2025-26. This appointment, effective from September 11, 2025, was conveyed by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) through a letter dated September 11, 2025. The decision was made in exercise of powers conferred under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, and aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

The newly appointed firm will also be responsible for auditing HUDCO's consolidated financial statements for the same financial year, 2025-26, in accordance with Section 139 read with Section 129(4) of the Companies Act, 2013.
