Harsh Investments increases stake in Cheviot Company Limited

Harsh Investments Private Limited, part of the promoter group of Cheviot Company Limited, has acquired 400,000 (6.8471%) ordinary shares of Cheviot Company Limited from Mr. Harsh Vardhan Kanoria, another promoter. This acquisition, conducted via an inter-se transfer through the stock exchange mechanism on September 10, 2025, resulted in Harsh Investments Private Limited's stake increasing from 63.7647% to 70.6118%. Concurrently, Mr. Harsh Vardhan Kanoria's holding decreased from 7.2857% to 0.4386%.

The transfer was executed at the prevailing market price of ₹1,192 per share through a block deal mechanism. This transaction, exempted under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, did not impact the aggregate shareholding of the promoters and promoter group in Cheviot Company Limited.

The total diluted share/voting capital of Cheviot Company Limited stands at 5,84,53,750/- divided into 5,841,875 ordinary shares of ₹10 each. The overall promoter and promoter group shareholding remains at 74.8811% post-transaction.
