Elpro International's Stake in International Conveyors Jumps to 70.02%

Elpro International Limited, along with its persons acting in concert (PACs), acquired a total of 25,987 equity shares in International Conveyors Limited through open market transactions. Disclosures show the acquisition of 14,724 equity shares on September 5, 2025, and an additional 11,263 equity shares on September 8, 2025.

These acquisitions increased Elpro International Limited's individual holding from 876,770 shares to 891,494 shares in the first transaction, and subsequently to 902,757 shares after the second. Collectively, the total holding of Elpro International and its PACs in International Conveyors Limited rose from 69.98% (44,355,464 shares) to 70.00% (44,370,188 shares) after the first acquisition, and further to 70.02% (44,381,451 shares) following the second. The total equity share capital of International Conveyors Limited remains at INR 63,379,000.
