Elpro International raises stake in International Conveyors

Elpro International Limited and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have increased their stake in International Conveyors Limited, as detailed in recent disclosures. On September 9, 2025, Elpro International acquired 9,123 equity shares, raising its total holding from 70.02% to 70.03%. This acquisition represented a 0.01% increase in voting rights.

Subsequently, on September 10, 2025, Elpro International acquired an additional 9,683 equity shares through open market transactions. This further increased their total shareholding from 70.03% to 70.05%, reflecting another 0.02% rise in voting rights. The company’s equity share capital, both before and after these acquisitions, stands at 63,379,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

The acquiring group, consisting of Elpro International Limited and its PACs, remains part of the promoter/promoter group. The shares of International Conveyors Limited are listed on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
