Specifically, 79,41,913 equity shares were sold on September 10, 2025, followed by an additional 24,397 shares on September 11, 2025. Prior to these sales, Aceso Company Pte. Ltd. held 79,75,301 shares, or approximately 5.72% of the voting capital.

Following these transactions, Aceso Company Pte. Ltd.'s ownership in HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited has decreased to 8,991 shares, which constitutes roughly 0.006% of the total voting capital. The total equity share capital of the target company remains 13,94,15,370 before and after the acquisition.
