Texmaco bags significant rail infrastructure order from RVNL

Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd. has been awarded an order worth ₹129.09 crore (inclusive of all taxes) from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. The contract, received on September 10, 2025, involves the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of 2*25 KV Traction Over-Head Equipment and associated activities. These works will be carried out in the Yavatmal-Digras section of the Nagpur Division in Central Railways.

The project is slated for completion within 18 months from the commencement date. Texmaco confirmed that the order is domestic and does not involve any related party transactions, nor do promoters or promoter group companies have any interest in the awarding entity.

This new order underscores Texmaco's continued involvement in India's rail infrastructure development, contributing to the expansion and modernization of the country's railway network. The company emphasized its commitment to delivering key rail engineering projects.
