TCPL Packaging appoints new trustee for ESOP trust

TCPL Packaging Limited has appointed Amit Kar as the new trustee for its ESOP Trust, in compliance with SEBI regulations. Mr. Kar replaces Vivek Poddar, and the company confirmed the trust deed has been modified to reflect this change.

The appointment was communicated to both the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd and The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd on September 12, 2025. This decision ensures adherence to regulatory requirements for employee benefit schemes.

Aside from the change in trustee and the corresponding modification to the trust deed, TCPL Packaging confirmed there are no other alterations to the trust deed.
