Som Distilleries: customs search concludes with no financial impact

Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited announced on September 12, 2025, that the Department of Customs conducted a search at the company's corporate office in Bhopal and at its factory. The visit involved an inquiry and reconciliation of import and export transactions.

According to the disclosure made under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company reported receiving no specific directions or orders from the authority. Furthermore, no violations or contraventions were committed or alleged during the search.

Crucially, the company stated there was no impact on its financial or operational activities as a result of the Customs Department's visit. Nakul Sethi, director, signed the intimation.
