RITES appoints S R Goyal & Co. as statutory auditors for FY26

RITES Limited, a Schedule 'A' Enterprise of the Government of India, has announced the appointment of M/s S R Goyal & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, as its statutory auditors for the financial year 2025-26. This appointment was conveyed by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India via a letter dated September 11, 2025. M/s S R Goyal & Co. subsequently submitted their consent to act in this capacity on September 12, 2025.

M/s S R Goyal & Co., established in 1981 and headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, with branches in Delhi, Mumbai, and Gujarat, brings over four decades of experience in professional services. The firm is led by 11 experienced partners with expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, information systems audit, forensic audit, ASM audit, and project evaluations.

The firm has a strong track record in Audit and Assurance services, particularly for Limited Companies, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Banks, Statutory Bodies, and various Central and State Government Departments. This appointment is made in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
