Patel Engineering appoints R.V.R. Kishore as whole-time director

Patel Engineering Ltd. has appointed R.V.R. Kishore as an additional and whole-time director for a three-year term, effective from September 22, 2025, to September 21, 2028. This decision, made during a board meeting on September 12, 2025, follows the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee and is subject to shareholder approval.

Kishore brings over 35 years of experience in urban infrastructure, transport, tunneling, marine, power, EPC, BOT, and PPP projects, having previously held CXO-level roles. He is recognized for his leadership, strategic growth, and business development, with a track record of managing a portfolio exceeding ₹40,000 crore.

Academically, Kishore holds a bachelor of engineering in construction from Shivaji University and a diploma masters in construction management from NICMAR, Mumbai. He is not related to any other directors of the company and is not debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or other authority.
