Paras Defence secures new order for tank electronic control systems

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited (PARAS) has secured incremental orders from Opto Electronics Factory (OLF), a unit of India Optel Ltd., a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence. The orders, valued at approximately Rs. 26.6 crores (including taxes), are for the supply of electronic control systems used in Thermal Imaging Fire Control Systems (TIFCS) for battle-tank applications. These systems are ultimately delivered by OLF to the Indian Armed Forces.

The incremental orders bring the total revised order value for the supply of electronic control systems used in TIFCS to approximately Rs. 141.63 crores (including taxes). The execution of these orders is scheduled between December 2025 and September 2026. This development significantly enhances PARAS's involvement in critical defense technologies for India's armed forces.
