ONGC names statutory auditors for fiscal year 2025-26

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited on September 12, 2025, about the appointment of its statutory and joint statutory auditors for the financial year 2025-26. The appointments were conveyed via a letter received from the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) on the same date.

The roster of appointed firms includes M/s Talati & Talati LLP, M/s V Sankar Aiyar & Co, M/s Laxmi Tripti & Associates, and M/s Manubhai & Shah LLP, all of whom have been re-appointed. Additionally, M/s MSKA & Associates has been appointed as a new statutory and joint statutory auditor.
