Likhami Consulting: Two directors resign from board

Likhami Consulting Limited has announced the resignation of two directors, Heena Banga Sharma and Sanjoy Kumar Singh, effective September 30, 2025.

Sharma, an independent director, resigned due to "other professional commitments," ceasing her membership on the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Risk Management Committee. Singh, a non-executive director, cited "personal and unavoidable circumstances" for his departure. He also resigned from the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee.

Both directors confirmed that no other material reasons contributed to their resignations beyond those stated in their respective letters. Sharma currently holds an independent directorship in Golden Crest Education & Services Limited.

The company has requested that the resignations be taken on record and has committed to filing the necessary e-forms with the Registrar of Companies and intimating stakeholders. The changes were communicated in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
