JTL Industries appoints Naveen Kumar Laroiya as new CFO

JTL Industries Limited, a manufacturer of steel tubes and pipes, announced the appointment of Naveen Kumar Laroiya as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective from the close of business hours on September 11, 2025. Laroiya brings over 35 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, taxation, corporate governance, and strategic planning, having worked across diverse industries.

Laroiya’s career includes leadership roles in India, Nepal, and Egypt, with associations at business groups such as Aditya Birla, Paul Merchants, and Dhunseri Petrochem. JTL Industries anticipates that his cross-sector expertise and international exposure will strengthen the company's financial management and governance frameworks, supporting its growth and expansion plans.
