IREDA appoints joint statutory auditors for FY2025-26

IREDA, a Navratna CPSE, has appointed M/s Shiv & Associates and M/s Rao Emmar, Chartered Accountants, as its joint statutory auditors for the financial year 2025-26. This appointment was conveyed by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) via a letter dated September 10, 2025. M/s Shiv & Associates previously served as the statutory auditor for FY 2024-25.

M/s Shiv & Associates, established in 1990, provides professional services across various sectors with 11 partners and an office in New Delhi. Their services include assurance, GST, taxation, risk management, and project financing. M/s Rao Emmar, established in 1997, is headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka, with a strong presence across India, boasting 25 partners. The firm is affiliated with BKR International and offers audit, assurance, taxation, and business advisory services.

This decision was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
