Hindustan Unilever board to review Q2 financials, interim dividend

Hindustan Unilever Limited announced its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 23, 2025. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The meeting will also include a review of the limited review report from the auditors for the corresponding period.

Additionally, the board will discuss a proposal for the payment of an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. Following the board meeting, the unaudited financial results will be communicated to the exchanges and announced in the press.
