Gujarat State Petronet schedules meeting on amalgamation scheme

Gujarat State Petronet Limited (GSPL) has announced a meeting of its equity shareholders will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 4:00 P.M. The meeting, to be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means, is mandated by an order from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) dated September 10, 2025. Shareholders will deliberate on, and potentially approve, the proposed Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement.

The company has set Friday, October 10, 2025, as the cut-off date to determine shareholders eligible to vote through remote e-voting. The remote e-voting facility will be available from 9:00 A.M. (IST) on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, and will conclude at 5:00 P.M. (IST) on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

In compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars, the notice of the meeting, along with explanatory statements and relevant annexures, will be distributed electronically to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the company or its depositories.
