Gujarat Gas schedules meeting for amalgamation scheme approval

Gujarat Gas Limited has announced a meeting for its equity shareholders on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. IST. The meeting, held via video conferencing or other audio visual means, is to consider and potentially approve a Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement. This follows a Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) order dated September 10, 2025.

The cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility to vote via remote E-voting is Friday, October 10, 2025. Remote E-voting will commence at 09:00 A.M. IST on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, and conclude at 05:00 P.M. IST on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

In compliance with MCA and SEBI circulars, the notice of the meeting, along with explanatory statements and relevant annexures, will be distributed electronically to members with registered email addresses.
