Federal Bank holds multiple analyst and investor meetings

Federal Bank today held multiple analyst and investor meetings, as disclosed in two separate regulatory filings dated September 12, 2025. The bank informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited about these engagements, conducted under Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The bank hosted two virtual one-on-one meetings with UBS and Point 72 Asset Management. Additionally, Federal Bank conducted a physical one-on-one meeting with Edelweiss Mutual Fund at Edelweiss House in Mumbai. No presentations were made during any of these interactions.
