Endurance Technologies clarifies expansion plans, land acquisition in southern India

Endurance Technologies Limited issued a clarification today, September 12, 2025, in response to an article regarding auto and EV component makers' investments in Tamil Nadu. The company clarified it has acquired an approximately 8.9-acre leasehold plot in Kancheepuram District from the State Industrial Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT). This acquisition is part of its intent to expand manufacturing operations in southern India, focusing on supplying two and four-wheeler OEM customers in the region.

The company has also signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the State Government, which will provide necessary infrastructural and regulatory support for its investment. Endurance Technologies is currently evaluating the establishment of a manufacturing facility on the acquired land to produce two-wheeler disc brake components and assemblies, aiming to meet growing OEM demand.

Endurance Technologies stated that, at present, there is no requirement under the Listing Regulations to make any disclosure to the Stock Exchanges regarding these developments. The company reiterated its commitment to complying with all applicable regulatory requirements and will promptly disclose any material information as and when required.
