Crompton Greaves secures solar pumping system order in Madhya Pradesh

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited announced on September 12, 2025, that it has received a Letter of Empanelment from Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited. This contract involves the design, manufacture, supply, transport, installation, testing, and commissioning of 232 off-grid DC & AC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems (SPWPS) of various capacities.

The order, valued at approximately INR 4.76 Crores (exclusive of GST), falls under Component -B of the PM KUSUM B scheme, which is being implemented in Madhya Pradesh as the PM Krishak Mitra Surya Yojana. The company is required to complete the installation within 120 days from the issuance of the work order.

This is a domestic order, and the company confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The transaction does not fall within related party transactions.
