Amit Raj Sinha reduces stake in Sigachi Industries

Amit Raj Sinha, a promoter of Sigachi Industries Limited, disclosed the sale of 7,302,108 equity shares, representing 1.91% of the company's total share/voting capital. The sale occurred between August 8, 2025, and September 4, 2025, as per SEBI regulations.
