Zaggle expands Blinkit partnership with new addendum

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited announced on September 11, 2025, that it has entered into Addendum 1 to its Master Agreement with Blink Commerce Private Limited (Blinkit). This addendum, executed on September 10, 2025, builds upon the original Master Agreement dated December 4, 2024.

Under the terms of this new agreement, Zaggle will provide Blinkit with additional features for the existing Zaggle Zoyer Platform. This development falls under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was made by Avinash Ramesh Godkhindi, managing director and chief executive officer of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited.
