Triton Valves sets dividend record date for FY2024-25

Triton Valves Limited has officially set Friday, September 19, 2025, as the Record Date for determining dividend entitlements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This crucial date is set as per Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company also announced that the dividend payment, subject to approval by the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and after deduction of tax at source, will be made on or after Friday, September 26, 2025.
