Sterlite Technologies allots shares under ESOP schemes

Sterlite Technologies Limited announced today, September 11, 2025, that its Authorization and Allotment Committee has approved the allotment of 53,204 equity shares. These shares were issued to grantees who exercised options under the company's Employee Stock Option Schemes from 2010 and 2016. The company confirmed that these newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with existing shares.

Following this allotment, Sterlite Technologies Limited's total share capital has increased. The existing share capital stood at 487,954,019 shares. With the addition of the 53,204 shares for ESOP, the post-allotment share capital now totals 488,007,223 shares.
