SBI Life appoints K S Aiyar & Co. and J Singh & Associates as joint auditors

SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. has announced the appointment of M/s. K S Aiyar & Co. and M/s. J Singh & Associates as its joint statutory auditors for the financial year 2025-26. The appointments, effective September 11, 2025, follow a directive from the Comptroller & Auditor General of India (C&AG) dated September 10, 2025.

M/s. K S Aiyar & Co. offers professional services including audit & assurance, taxation, and advisory, with its head office in Mumbai and branches in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Coimbatore. M/s. J Singh & Associates, established in 1978, provides services such as audit & assurance, forensic audit, and special investigation, operating from its Mumbai head office and 22 branches across India.

This intimation was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, and Section 139 read with Section 129(4) of the Companies Act, 2013. The announcement was signed by Girish Manik, company secretary.
