RCF appoints Ms. Sipra Bajpai as independent director

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) announced the appointment of Ms. Sipra Bajpai as an independent director on its board. The appointment was approved via a circular resolution passed on September 11, 2025, for a period of three years from the date of notification of appointment, which is May 22, 2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Ms. Bajpai holds a master's degree in commerce and a bachelor's degree in law from FM University, Balasore, Odisha. Since 2019, she has served as the state secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Odisha, actively contributing to strengthening the party's organizational structure and public outreach initiatives. Her expertise in political and social causes is expected to benefit RCF's strategic vision.

The disclosure, made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, aligns with SEBI circulars. Ms. Bajpai has no relationship with other directors and is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other authority.
