PNB Gilts appoints new joint statutory auditors

PNB Gilts Limited announced on September 11, 2025, the appointment of M/s Raj Har Gopal & Co (firm registration No. 002074N) and M/s K Venkatachalam Aiyer & Co (firm registration No. 004610S) as its joint statutory auditors. The appointments are for the financial year 2025-26 and are subject to the requisite consent of the auditors.

These appointments were made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and a circular from SEBI dated November 11, 2024, as well as a letter from the Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) of India dated September 10, 2025.

M/s Raj Har Gopal & Co has 19 partners and a team of over 100 professionals. K Venkatachalam Aiyer & Co, established in 1940, operates with 14 partners across nine branches. Both firms bring extensive experience in statutory audits of public sector undertakings and companies compliant with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
