Parsvnath Developers re-files annual report, reveals reduced net loss

Parsvnath Developers Limited announced on September 11, 2025, the submission of its annual report for FY2024-25 to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. This re-filing addresses an earlier oversight where the consolidated cash flow statement was inadvertently omitted. The re-submitted report now includes comprehensive audited financial results, encompassing both standalone and consolidated statements, along with audit reports for the period ending March 31, 2025.

For FY2024-25, the company reported a total consolidated income of Rs. 30,345.89 lakhs, down from Rs. 49,372.18 lakhs in the previous year. The consolidated net loss for the year was Rs. 34,727.25 lakhs, a significant reduction from Rs. 59,413.87 lakhs in FY2023-24. This improvement was largely driven by an exceptional gain of Rs. 12,065.33 lakhs due to the waiver of interest and other dues through loan settlements. The company's total delivered area reached 76.86m Sq. Ft. across 83 projects, with new bookings of 2.24 Lakh Sq. Ft. for Rs. 29.02 Crores.

Despite experiencing cash losses and ongoing litigation, management remains optimistic about future recoverability and has adopted strategies focused on debt reduction and timely project execution. The company noted that no dividend was recommended for FY2024-25 due to incurred losses and liquidity constraints.
