Jupiter Life Line Hospitals gets NCLT approval for amalgamation scheme

Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Limited has informed stock exchanges that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, issued an order on September 9, 2025. This order allows the First Motion Application for its Scheme of Amalgamation, involving Medulla Healthcare Private Limited as the Transferor Company and Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Limited as the Transferee Company.

The NCLT’s order also removes the requirement to convene meetings of equity shareholders, secured creditors, and unsecured creditors for both applicant companies. The tribunal has directed the companies to serve notices and a copy of the scheme to relevant statutory and regulatory authorities. This development follows a prior intimation dated May 9, 2025.
