Insolation Energy expands solar footprint with four new subsidiaries

On September 11, 2025, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd., incorporated four new special purpose vehicles (SPVs): GRJP Green Infra Private Limited, HVJN Green Infra Private Limited, MPGE Green Infra Private Limited, and SRJG Green Infra Private Limited. These SPVs, each with an authorized share capital of INR 100,000, are established to develop solar power plants.

The new entities are set to engage in solar power plant development, erection, installation, operation, maintenance, and consultancy services, including comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic power projects. Each SPV's equity shares are 100% subscribed by Insolation Green Energy Private Limited.

This strategic move aims to bolster Insolation Energy's presence and capabilities within the solar industry. The SPVs are not yet operational and have no current turnover, having been incorporated on September 11, 2025.
